There is an avatar that has a decent crying animation/shader called Cry More by Aphyx, but I cannot find it... And there is a free asset called Sticky Liquid on booth that could possibly be used as tears if that is helpful to you.

@NoyaDear I found out how to get rid of the indentations! And how to make the nipples puffier if you would like to make that adjustment. Click on Kova's body so that it is outlined in orange and then look to the left for Blendshapes and switch Body Squish from 100 to 0 and for the nipples to make them puffier do the same thing.

It is the Unity package for it and it has the newest SDK, dynamic bones, and then Kova which already comes with a shader. You will need to add Quest Tools if you want to convert it for Quest. Also, I am not sure how to remove the indentations on Kova's thighs in Blender, but you can click the Plugsuit option once you are in the game and that will disable them.
