Helping Milk Drinker make VRCA adjustments for Unity!

I did a little bit of research and I tried to get the vrca files on my own. I'm not sure of the current methods though. would anyone be willing to help?
( I've genuinely been trying for the past hour
)the folders that had the __data also had a " lock "
