LF: Space material or textures preferably tileable for 3D effect for clothing and hair

I am Searching for a Texture and/or material i can use for a Paralax Space effect.

I want something like the Background in this Model where when you look at the Hair it looks like there is a Voide of Space in the Hair. I hope this describes it well. Thanks for every help!
