Might be a Kikyo/Selestia base from what i can see from the face, outfit is Eternal Reunion https://vagrant.booth.pm/items/5634313, ears for sure and maybe the head is from the USA bunny avatar https://booth.pm/ja/items/3441511 and the head might be Kikyo as for a guess, hair is this https://booth.pm/en/items/3712747, you can pretty much recreate this avatar since the assets are here if you search up the ID number (7 digit number at the end of the links) of the booth items in the search box here for finding them easier
