need help with the skinnned mesh

Im new with all this unity stuff so i don't know alot, so what ive been trying.. someone had texture for the gothic chiku and it came with gothic clothes so i was able to copy the skinned mesh from the bikini and changed the mesh to the gothic clothing and set it up correctly.... but when i tried to do the same to bonfie, the mesh would just vanish or go invisble, but if i switch the mesh back to the bikini it will re appear again, im not sure what causes this or if the mesh was supposed to be meant a certain model.
ive tried to search it up to see if i can find a similar problem but i only see people seeing the mesh go invisible if the camrea moves away from the avi and thats not my problem, if anyone of yall unity experts can help it would be really awesome, i even tried to take a bunny suit mesh from a bonfie from sketchfab and again whenever i switch the mesh it would just vanish....
so anyone can help I would appreciate it.
