For those who are confused or don't know here is one of the models and what they look like there is also female ones as well I would like also but any or all work for me -
There is alot of sonic km models including the archive comics, cartoon shows, some genderbent and some OC ones, there is quite alot that been converted to MMD/FBX on the deviant art website, most was made for SFM/Gmod purposes

I'll look into doing some more searching most I found was the GMOD/SFM only ones but not sure if there is a pack of MMD/FBX ones i could download as that would help speed stuff up but I found a tutorial for converting MMD models and I'll follow it and any models I finish I'll upload possibly here or vrmodels as it's always been perplexing to me why no one really shares the models for vrchat when tons of other people have uploaded them but thank you for the suggestion

Update currently doing Sonic and Metal Sonic first. Sadly Sonic is gonna take the longest as from any models I could find that were ports for MMD Sonic has extra clothes along with nsfw stuff that is all baked onto the mesh so doing toggles for each piece is impossible unless I do mat swaps to make every single piece invisible and to be toggled on or off. if anyone finds models that are just the base without any of that extra stuff please lmk.
I'll do more looking and searching but Metal might be the first one to be released and others will be bases that someone with a lot more expertise I would hope take a look at to do upgrades as pretty much everything is being done from scratch and I have no idea how to do certain things like expressions just yet. But I'll keep this post updated as much as I can

For the outfits, you can separate the outfits via clicking on the "separate by materials" with CATS, some might need separate by parts, you can do that via clicking on the mesh, click on the modeling tab, click on Mesh, there should be a separate option there by parts, do it that way so it doesn't break the UVs when you do that option

Thank you I'll try doing that with them and be sure to release any more possible info on any issues I run into or downloads for them when finished to look over or do updates for possibly daily.

Here is Metal Sonic all ready for upload first of many I'll try working on and uploading here. They will need Poiyomi for a mat swap to hide one of the nsfw bits so sadly PC only. comes with SPS and Gogo has some small issues that I hope someone else could fix that has to do with minor issues with blendshapes that aren't my expertise and had to pose the foot on the left to line up correctly in unity otherwise they are ok even if being pretty basic at the moment and would hope any edits or updates others do to it would be shared here.
I plan on looking at others I find and will post updates and links here but if any issues exist lmk and I'll help the best I can.

Spent a bit cooking up this one but it is ready to use as is or for someone to upgrade if needed. Just like Metal and forgot to mention in my previous post. Sonic will need Vrcfury and Poiyomi I don't really have a shader in mind and just used standard. noticed some tiny blendshape issues but they can be overlooked as it doesn't affect the models look too much comes quest compatible but lmk if there is issues with that but they should be ready out of the box I plan on starting work on tails tomorrow but hope everyone enjoys! https://workupload.com/file/HTsxpPqPqaG

Scratching working on tails for the moment there is a lot of things wrong with Sonic that I think a full rework is in order
known issues I plan to address are the head wobbling when moving
Head not seeming to tilt correctly
Model freaks out when using gogo
SPS needing to be setup correctly in terms of the penis
View position at a much better point on the avatarSimply put I'm not happy with the current model and I want it to be near perfect or better than the current model could take a day or two but I will only paste a link here when I know for certain the model is as good and better as it can be with me knowing only so much atm.

Won't go and say everything little thing I fixed as I don't wanna make it long but the short and sweet of it is here is V2 of Sonic with some small new bells and whistles sps is a little weird cause his dick is really thick so the hands can't fully wrap around it unless you shrink it. Poiyomi is needed along with vrcfury they are quest compatible Tails is up next and hopefully I'll have him out soon ^^ but I am very much way more happy with how this one turned out compared to the first. https://workupload.com/file/TnBMfZ9brUK

I plan on having tails out by possibly Sunday at the latest as I'll preoccupied with work and some stuff takes a bit to get all ironed out but I am happy to hear you enjoy them even if I had to polish it up a couple times ^^
