IF YOU'RE GONNA READ ANYTHING, READ BELOW!This package REQUIRES ownership of the Hyenid by Alber for it to function, but you don't have to DM me for the files or join my server or whatever, instead this package uses a patcher to patch the original Hyenid FBX to get the new FBX. What does this mean? You need the original FBX for the Hyenid in order for the patcher to work.I will not issue out refunds for people who did not read this, it is up to you to make sure you read the things on this page to know what you are getting before you purchase it.Using the patcher is very easy, and I've included a tutorial at the end of the gallery. As long as you already know how to upload an avatar, you should be good to go.Hyenid without any of that weak flesh!This synth version of the Hyenid was lovingly remade in spirit of the original Hyenid, with a body built around the original. Many clothing assets for the original Hyenid should roughly fit on this version with a little work, but will likely require it to be rigged again! So please keep that in mind.I tried my best to preserve most of all the options and settings of the original Hyenid in this version, this is supposed to be a DLC after all, I don't want to strip away and remove features and instead mostly add new ones!Returning Features:Instead of telling you the things on the original Hyenid that are available on the Synth version, let me tell you what ISN'T:FishnetsEye shapes (as in the physical eyes, shapekeys related to the eyelids are there)Body fluffMuscular Chest shapeBreathing and nose twitchAnything that is not on that list, it's probably supported in the synth version, so in other words: Every feature on the original Hyenid that wasn't listed above is supported in this version!New Features:New set of mesh with very a robotic aesthetic. If you message me I may be willing to provide you with a Blender and some SPP files though if you can show me you have the Synth Hyenid working in Unity as proof.Q: Is this Quest compatible/can be made Quest compatible?A: No. It's not out the box, and nor am I interested in making a Quest compatible version.Q: The patcher isn't working!A: If the patcher isn't working, it likely means one of two things:The FBX from Alber's gumroad was updated, and I have to update the patcher (this should not happen often as the Hyenid hasn't received an update in a long time, and if it did I would quickly update the patcher).You have an older version of the model because you either haven't updated your package since the Hyenid last got updated, got an invalid version of the FBX from a friend (which you should not be doing!), or it's an edited FBX. You need to make sure you are getting the FBX from the newest Unity asset file for the Hyenid, from the Hyenid's LEGIT store page, and no where else, or the patcher won't work!Q: Can I have a Synth Hyenid in the same project as my normal Hyenid avatar?A: I don't recommend it.
