Thankfully because its an edit, you can assuredly make something similar with a little time and effort. Its better to have something personalized and unique to you anyways.

In all fairness i'd be interested to make the hair look like that, I know you can already just run pigtails with no back hair on the original godmagician, but it be nice to make the pigtails longer than normal on the edited avi above, however theres no blendshapes to easily do that.
anyhow, thats a nice edit of GodMagician.

@horsedraught Something I've done with avatars I've made is take the Back ponytail portion off of a Hair asset and use that, could super easily do that to come up with a similar result to what they've done. You'd have to find a ponytail base itself or edit it quickly in blender, but it wouldnt be too tough at all. Then place it where you like on the model, attach it to the head, apply physbones how you like, apply the same material and you'd be set. Could even use VRCFury to make it a toggle.
