according to their patreon most out of sale models can be got by being a $21 per month member (models marked [sp]) but the only way to get [ULT] models (Hindenburg, Kearsarge) is being an $85 per month member, and you can only request ONE of those models per year AND they don't come with the special swimsuit (or other special outfit) available during the limited time sale.
