yeah they don't have psd provided and you do have to extract the texture manually from the unity and put it into photoshop or substance painter

hi everyone still here! here's this base without the head hair, it bothered me that it's not rigged and you can't remove it.

and here's the same hairless model but with a little extra fluff on him - no extra polygons, just edited to be a bit more spiky looking
