Should not be.
I just did a scan with Microsoft defender on the file it is in and it did not pick up on anything. Did you use something different?

@mewsicle I'm just trying to download it from mega itself but it keeps giving me a corrupt error I haven't used anything yet besides Microsoft defender which is strange since it worked for you.
