PSD file to PNG

I dont use photoshop for my textures and when I tried using a free tool to convert it, it says its empty. The file is here and i was wondering if it just doesnt contain the texture or what i need to do to add it to my avatar.

you can download gimp (image editing software) for free and open up psd files with that and save the image as png in that.
