ID downloader

As far as I remember, RipperStore had a tool, named ID downloader. I suppose it download avatars, using their IDs. Is there a way to access it or does anybody know another way to do it?
Any help is appreciated.
P.S. I have a public avatar I really like, and I would love to upload it to ny account. If anybody knows how to do that, I would be happy -
