LF what this AVI consists of...

Been trying to eye out what this model consists for quite a bit now, just can't put my finger on it. From what I can tell at least, is that the head is a modified Selestia (but not 100% sure). The body base is possibly Panda, but that's mainly a shot in the dark. Basically stumped on all the rest, so wanted to get more opinions.
Main thing that is tripping me up is the face shape. Seems a lot more angular compared to the base Selestia head.
Body base seems to resemble a Panda base, but again, not 100% sure.
The hair and clothes; completely clueless on. Could probably could figure them out if I knew the base.

to me it seems like its a selestia with somekind of abs or stuff, these clothes I remember seeing(these are different outfits combined, I see drop dead halo, tactical maid croptop, a bunny suit, etc, selestia has blendshapes that can change the faceshape like the shin
