@ragaminnie did you try to find missing files?
In blender:
File>External Data>Find missing files...
A window with the blend file and texture folder will pop up, hit "Find missing files"
That should load the textures that are missing, save the blend file so you don't have to do that again!
Also for some reason the mirror modifier on the hd eyes is turned off for rendering, make sure to enable it before rendering ツ
