Oh for sure!
That's another thing I working on. Apparently the model has 4 armatures. One for the main body, the other two for the limbs and one for the head.I think I figured out how to get the second head to copy what the first head does. The limbs with the different outfits will be a little tricky though.
I think I can make an animation for each outfit for each limb. Ex: Racing outfit will have the racing shoe when you take it off while wearing that outfit and so on.I'm also working on other models so it may take a bit. When I have it ready I will be sure to come here first and set up an asset link or something for the racing outfit and then another one for the Unity Project / VRC Version

Quick notice though: I am uncertain if her model is on there. If its not. I'm sorry. I did think about buying all of Shantae models at one point. Maybe in the future I will. Who knows. Back then the only model I wanted was Rotty.

I've checked there and sadly they don't have the model for it there. My friend did actually manage to convert the risky boots model to vrc tho and did convert the rotty but she doesn't have the limb toggles sadly like the public one I have (the pmx must have not had the options idk)

The PMX one does have the toggles... technically. That's actually what I'm working on currently model wise.
Making the animation for it is pretty easy once you know how to do it.First, it would help if you rename the bones for the toggled body parts that way you don't get confused such as... "RemovedUpperArm.L" and so on. After that in Unity you will need to make that ARM, LEG, and HEAD (removed items) separate from your original FBX. Hmm... I'll break it down.
From Blender: Export the model with all its limbs. (Easy)
Next: You export the removed limbs (ONLY) after that. (The reason is so that way you can have 3 arms, 3 legs and 3 heads. This helps make the animation easier. I'll explain why soon)
After that: Import both FBXs into Unity. (First the model then the limbs)
Then: Do your usual stuff what the model. Don't worry about the limbs yet until you're ready to make the animation.
After: Go to your animation (The thing you actually put animation in), hit the record button (after you named the animation, ex: Leg toggle or something.), Go to the object you want the hide: i.e leg/arm/head, click on it. In the animation tab move your animation time line thingy... the white line to 0.1 seconds or 0.5. Doesn't really matter. Then hide the object leg/head/arm (which ever one you're using) and do that for every object you want as a toggle.Here is an example, pretend this is the animation thingy:
|--------------|You will want the object on at the start of the animation and then toggle it off at the end point (0.1 or 0.5 seconds in the timeline.) It would look like this:

Now, here is the other part where this will be helpful. If you want to hold your limbs, you go the FBX of the removed limbs, drag and drop them into the left panel (where your avatar is shown along with its bones)
Right click on it once its in and click on a thing that says 'Prefab' and go to its side menu that says 'Unpack' NOT FULLY, just 'Unpack'.Why do this? Because we're gonna do something CRAZY. (Its better if each limb has its own prefab/FBX because this would be a lot easier in my opinion, but everyone is different) FIRST you are going to position the limb in the scene (where you can see your avi, middle window.) where you want which ever hand to pick it up. BE SURE its IN THE PALM of the hand.
After that you will then go to the object in question (Arm/Leg/Head) and you're gonna go into your Armature (Of your avi) and you're gonna go down to where its says 'Hand.R or Hand.L' or whatever it says and you're gonna take the removed limb (Head/Arm/Leg) in the left panel and you're gonna drag and drop that sucker INTO the hand bone.NOW here is where this animation will work: You go back into the animation tab of where you did the toggle animation. DO NOT CHANGE IT. Just click on the avi for the animation you did on it or wherever you put it. You're gonna basically do the SAME THING, but backwards. FOR THE REMOVED LIMB that you moved to your hand(s). You going to hit the record button. ON THE FIRST ANIMATION KEY, THE VERY START, you're gonna hide the REMOVED LIMB object. THEN for the second animation key WHILE STILL IN RECORD, you're gonna show the removed limb.
Bam. First limb animation completed.
If you want the limb to move around a bit, use physbones and use the HINGE one. Works better and maybe add some gravity to it as well. You should set the physbone to the knee though. Hmm... or maybe POLAR could work. It just depends really.I'm more a visual learner myself, so I am unsure if this helps anyone at all.

Yeaaaah, sorry. Its better if you see it visually and you can just slowly figure it out on your own. That's what I did when I first learned all of this.
I tend to be rather... descriptive when I try to help someone thinking it'll make things easier, but for most it makes it harder. (Just wanna make sure there are no confusions, but I end up confusing those who are REALLY new to this) Sorry. ^^; -
I went searching around and I found Zy0n7's Shantae model. Its the blender file, the FBX and the textures, but that's it.
It doesn't have a Unity/VRC version. However that should be easy to do to make for yourself, you can always learn how.
If not I could always come in and make a VRC version. (But it will take me a while because I'm still working on Rotty and she's my main priority when it comes to models at the moment.

I'm doing all of Rotty's outfits now, so it'll be a bit. Heck, I might even throw in a random fan made outfit if I find one I like.
I'll make a post under "Gifts" or something if I'm gonna have a DL for all of them at once.
Now the only ones left are Bolo and Skye. Heheh. >:3

I'm at 40% of making all outfits and weightpaints.
Its going to take a while.
I am also going have to redo some textures because of the UVMaps I did. (In short, I'm an idiot.)
If you want to see the outfits I reccomend going to my Bluesky profile. I post pictures of them and what I'm doing.
Or you could just wait until I post something on here.
