          @Amazon its just a texture it goes right under the normal map the texture should be called opacity

            You can try using the option Grabpass in Poiyomi. It essentially adds that blur effect if it's that what you're looking for. In Liltoon there is also an option under Rendering Options called "Refraction Blur", which does the same.
