I would also recommend looking into the Avvy app! It allows you to customize your own live 2D avatar (both male and female) and then uses your internet to broadcast it to OBS for streaming. So far from what I've seen its has a slight chance of not working (for some people the model won't track properly either on the app or on OBS) but I think it's worth a look at since it's completely free, and I personally haven't had any issues so far! There's also many videos on tik tok of how to download it if it isn't available in your country as well as how to set it up for OBS as the instructions are all in Japanese (but imo its really straight forward and I was able to get it working without a tutorial).
