I know nothing about sps plugs. Physbones though are super easy.
You just grab the base of the bones you want and add a lil thing called 'phys bones' on it by clicking on 'add component'
If it doesn't have a base bone, then you will have to grab the first bone of each strand of hair and give it that component. DO NOT add it to every child. Example: Hair1 - hair1.001 hair1.002, etc.
Only add it to the parents, which are the first bones.
If it does have a base you can just select the base its connected to and add a physbone to that instead.
(Since its smut base its not likely or depending on what you did with it).
