Not trying to one-up on @Bstar, but I just want to provide a more up-to-date version of Enigma for stability's sake.
Here's Enigma v1.11.
Comes with all the same extras like in the previous link (.blend, .fbx, .psd/.clip).Unfortunately, I also don't have the clothes you linked, but I'll continue to look for it and make a reply if I do find it.
