Without going into too much detail that could reveal who I am, I did a commission with them and was not given what I asked for, despite asking and having them confirm they would do/add what I asked. I was warned by a friend group who had the exact same experience commissioning her, and I decided to ignore it and give it a shot anyways. Needless to say, I should've listened.
