You have to see what is causing it, might be hitting the uncompressed limit meaning you have to remove some stuff or turn down the rez on textures, thry's avatar performance tools help out on avatar size but its not fully accurate but gives you a estimate of whats making it very high
@KemonoFriend1260 Oh that was really helpful! From what I've read, apparently there's a bug that doubles texture memory n what not when using unity 2019 which causes an issue when uploading. So Thry's tools were a life saver!

vrcfury blendshape optimizer
and reduce texture size to 2048 under file>build settings>max texture size>2048>apply -

last time i did such a thing, the model looked all broken, it heavily messed with the texture's of the body and clothing/latex so i stick with default settings just lower it to 2048 so it saves a bunch of space, will never change crunch settings ever again. theres a reason why vr avatar creators have it set the way they do.

Could not get this working at all. Errors every time I attempted to upload it v.v

@ThrowawayABC I only used thry's avatar evaluator to lower the texture res and it worked. Just make sure u use unity 2019

I installed the 3.8 gb file opened it with winrar, but i can't find the unity project?
How do i find it and put it into Unity 2019? -
@Ruuu I found out how to add it to unity but i keep getting errors while uploading it in 2019 unity.
It would be great if someone made a unity file of the model as ready to upload instead of going through trial and error. -
updated to unity 2022.3.2f1
https://www.mediafire.com/file/isecfsn0wv69qpq/Yaoki+3.0+-+Real+Light.7z/file
its the project, add to VCC, upload works no errors, if you error you did something wrong.
EDIT: new link through mediafire, if link is taken down, don't expect another link. -
Why I can’t see the femboy one ? It’s on the model or should I try to find it tho
