Best bet is they made the blendshapes also work with sliders to be edited in-game instead of only via unity. I've seen the sliders on multiple, DIFFERENT uploads of the avatar

The Base version you can buy has no Blendshapes for it... (got a screenshot from the FBX Blendshapes)
So its probably a Edit version that makes the round.
I also saw a version with more physbones and stuff that the Paid version not has.
Now i want the Edit version... that is probably a bigger problem to get. -
wonder if its in a discord somewhere then since i'm fairly sure i saw them on a couple of publics, meaning it IS being distributed somehow...
