[GIFT] Third Person Camera in Avatar (Modular avatar)

Good for our desktop players out there.
Just drag and drop prefab and uses the menu third person camera anywhere. -
Apparently, if you're an MMD worlds enjoyer. The MMD Camera gets glitched when you enter MMD mode if you have this Camera.
The fix I used is just using vrcfury and using toggle to disable TPS camera by default (when using toggle, it should say "turn on" and it is linked to the TPS prefab) and when you need to start using it, just enable it in the avatar menu. -
