looking for poiyomi nametag shaders to add flare for my avatars, any help is absolutely appreciated to the highest degree and may you have the best future possible!

This was incredibly annoying to get from the poi server rip on Kemono, but here it is.
This is from early 2019, so don't expect complete compatibility with the currently supported unity version; you might need to edit some things.
Includes the provided FBX of the nametag ring.
