LF: texture/shader used for the metal

That looks to me like another mesh inside the body, wrapping around the metals (or it is the robotic mesh itself made any way opaque, hard to tell by that very image) and got poiyomi's transparency setting used properly, which involves proper alpha mask mapping, multilayer layer shading and with light-blue emission enabled on it.
Example:
This one includes a few more settings, making it look this way, but base is the stuff I've mentioned to make it see-through like this. -

i love this avi someone made and wanted to add the arm to my own personal, but im unsure what shader/texture they used to make the metal on the inside jelly like???
