LF good avatar rippers

I am wanting to find someone that's good at ripping avatars, I want a halo spartan avatar ripped but I only seem to find one ripper but they are ripping another avatar
is there anyone that's good at ripping avatars and somewhat fast? I want to have the whole avatar ripped to have my own spartan and change few things on it.
