Latest Kikyo Model (1.03)

Before someone hops on my ass about there already being a post about Kikyo latest, I'm aware.
What i don't understand is why every single one i've tried is busted, some blend shapes shoot to 300 when in play mode and the hands are busted and won't move/do hand gestures.
If someone has Kikyo which they got from Booth NOT from the forum OR has advice on how to fix the problem I'm having it would be much appreciated, thanks!

For the hand gestures not working, go into your FX controller and remove the mask on "AllParts" by clicking the cog.
The blendshapes going weird I don't know why it would happen, but maybe there's some animation playing? Make sure your Unity is on the correct version, and, I'm not sure it's needed at all, make sure your VCC is updated as well. If it's still not working, try making a new project and only importing the bare minimum.

@Wueveil Welp i'm not sure what happened but now it's broken AGAIN, latest SDK, i also tried BloodBorne AND creator companion... Sadly no luck.
Ill try the hand thing you suggested to at least get the hands working, i think the blendshape problem is just gesture manager as it doesn't happen in game, will delete this if it fixes.
