I tried figuring out how to compress enough to reach the exact limit to 10mb for Quest/Android. compressing the textures lower would not look right for the model and i tried multiple times to get it as accurate and get as much as i need. deleting a few textures and clothing somewhat helped but was still not enough
if anyone is willing to fix this issue let this be heard, it would be a great help!

I tried before and failed, so I just gave up and used VRC's imposter system.
However I found a package that cuts down the file size before upload:

@WanWan it does work but i'd still had to delete a lot of stuff in order for the model to be quest compatible. thankfully this would help a lot and has kept good portions of the model's assets. came out better than how i attempted to compress it enough to publish in private
i'll be sure to bump this so that everyone else who had a hard time configuring the compress limit with other models that are made from Warfaremachine

Bump Update
so using the d4rkavataroptimizer has some limitations because whenever you use VRCFury it wouldnt let you compress the files, and avatars who have VRCFury is another difficult task to handle. so you either need to compress the avi first before putting VRCFury or remove anything related to it before compressing
