(The pregnancy growth slider doesn't work perfectly, it only has basic blendshape link. You will have to manually set up the swimsuit to work with the animation, check the PDF for more info.) The pregnant version is a completely separate mesh because it has different weight paints, though both versions have a pregnant blendshape for customization purposes. The pregnant swimsuit textures are set up in a specific way in Substance Painter so you can effeciently match the textures from the regular swimsuit.
