i can't stand ipuu. those aren't my type of models but i went to commission them for a friend since their birthday was coming up; they took forever to respond, they gatekeep most of their assets, they refused to do certain hair on the commissioned model for my friend because it looked to similar to one of theirs (was just a straight ponytail like huh) and then they slowly stopped responding until the commission was simply forgotten about
