When you go to upload your avatar, is the process freezing like it gets stuck or have ya'll had a sucessful upload?

Works entirely fine for me @TheReGodfather and I was able to attach it with Dressing Tools. Currently using the Moe version.

It has something to do with the Halo animation being broken. There's a new version that fixes it. You could disable the halo root bone for now until someone upload the new one.
@Zhund Yeah i was figuring that was the issue. Thanks for confirming I'm not crazy lol
