LF: toggle creator

Had an old tool that helped make toggles for me, however I lost it after getting a new drive and I can't find the name of it for the life of me. It wasn't specifically for booth either, it worked on all models and required av3 I believe, but I COULD be wrong? Also up for any alternatives if there is a tool that does the same thing but more user friendly!
