GIFT/HELP!:オリジナル3Ⅾモデル【結衣川アーリャ】

So I bought this model earlier today not realizing it was made all the way in 2018(I usually read descriptions on models before hand but I just went into a frenzy since it was only $17). Anyways, it uses dynamic bones and I am not that savvy with getting physbones to look the same after converting them. Also there is a missing script in the prefab which I cannot find no matter how many tools I upload into the Unity project. There is also a big issue with the clothes when I go into playmode(can't really describe it just see for yourself), and lastly all of the facial animations seem to not work(it looks like the head was moved after the animations were created, only thing I can think of), but the animations are the easiest to fix if you've ever made blenshape animations before!
Edit: I've already translated everything in the text docs and there is nothing in the that give any idea how to fix these problems. Also the creator says in the description...

Try this tool before anything else. It's dated May 14 2023 so it should be run on Unity 2019:

@avatarofcorn Okay so this doesn't work and I already have this downloaded so whatever this is isnt the fix but than you for trying!

You can use FACS Utilities to remove the missing script if you haven't used it already. https://github.com/FACS01-01/FACS_Utilities/releases/tag/24.05.03. As for the clothes I'm not too sure on how to fix them. Messing with the Physbone gravity settings helped and it looks fine when the model is posed, but still looks wonky when the arms are down.
