Dina by Strawbunny [Decrypted]

decompiled and decrypted GonsoLicense and all avatar files (PC only)
the original FBX for the avatar cannot be recovered due to being converted into a Unity GameObject

in the package, there are two decrypted FBXs:

"UnityNative"

use this FBX if you do not plan on exporting to Blender and only use this inside of Unity (bones are properly preserved)

"BlenderExport"

use this FBX in Blender, but please note that due to FBX Exporter limitations the "Hips" bone is unweighted, and all meshes are tri-gon meshes

you do not need to use either of these if you simply want to upload the avatar or make edits to textures; the prefab is loaded in the provided scene already

i failed to include the base decrypted Meshes.asset, causing the avatar to not load any of the meshes, it is fixed now

Hey, not sure if i uploaded this wrong but when i uploaded it showed everything right texture wise but it wont move. Im stuck in one place/pose. and have no toggles. Are you able to help?

@cloudy11037 import GoGoLoco from the VCC listing, and replace the "base", "additive" and "action" layers on your avatar descriptor; basically replace the GoGo included on the model with the one from VCC.

additionally, make sure the menu / parameters / fx layer are in their proper places on the avatar descriptor; since those control the toggles.

i'm making notes of these issues and will make sure they do not pop up in future uploads o7

@taikeru Might just be overlooking but where would you find that stuff? Sorry I'm not very smart when it comes to avatar uploading

@cloudy11037 the GoGoLoco controllers are found at Packages/GoGoLoco/Runtime/ControllersWD when you import GoGo from the VCC; the menu/param/fx layers are found in the _decrypted inside the avatar's main folder.

the whole setup on the avatar descriptor should look something like this:

@taikeru ok almost everything is right besides the menu and gesture. This is what it says. Edit: image didn't work.
It said gesture: Gesture WD_OFF
Menu: GoAllMenu (vrc expressions menu)
Are these correct too?

@cloudy11037 the gesture layer is good, the Menu should be the menu found inside Assets\!DinaByStrawbunny\_decrypted

ok fixed everything and uploaded...but the toggles dont work at all. You can see the menu now but clicking anything just doesnt do anything. Everything else is fixed though.

Creation is more fulfilling when you can take something with you almost anywhere (depending on if there are limitations with tech though of course).

Media & digital preservation is the string that helps people in the future understand the past where it can be appreciated as much as we did
