LF: RIP MODELS [MANUKA/LIME/SELESTIA/MOE]
-
@theyadoreyuki no yeah!! absolutely, im sorry if I came off hostile! I meant no harm xD
-
@L3monSh4rk They use PCSS (realtime shadows); the shading by itself (excluding shadows) for most of them is standard or even bad for some.
A good reference shading here would be the avatar wearing a Yukata (Twitter3) which managed to create a good shadow gradient with no absurd rim lights without using PCSS, but has some limitation (see the shadows casted on the face).
Also, don't be misled by these; many Twitter VRC pics are edited with filters or color graded and not directly captured in-game, but rather taken in Unity under controlled lighting conditions (e.g., Twitter2, Twitter4).

@c0tt0nc4ndy You're good no worries! they are all very creative creators i am honestly jealous! i want to be able to make my work look like that!

@WeeWoo The outfit was taken from this MMD model I believe https://forum.ripper.store/topic/25638/lf-二次創作インプラカブル-implacable-mmdモデルall-age

(twitter 3 picture 1) I feel like i have seen those heart braids somewhere. But I could be completely delusional. They could be private made so don't trust me that i feel like i have seen them haha. I wanna know that hair combo. it's so beautiful. Im searching on booth and searching gumroad and MMD so far no success

bump!

@Burner999 nobody here is begging. i simply posted this for anyone who is WILLING to do this since there's other people besides myself who are wanting to look into the materials and other animations. i make my own models but like i have previously stated before i don't care for their models i am more interested on what settings they use. this entire website is literally people leaking avatars and assets, not sure why you're coming here acting like i am committing some type of crime when you're using this website yourself while being aware that people also use it for these type of purposes therefore don't get butt hurt over seeing some post like this because they are plenty. if you aren't interested in the post then don't respond to it all, i have it up for those who are curious about the models. so again i only look at rip avatars to look into how they make their avatar high quality and expressive. i don't use any rip avatars publicy or privately, i just like to see how i can IMPROVE my own work
-
@AlienJust LOL I LOVE YOUR PFP
-
@theyadoreyuki You improve your work by experimentation and imitation like the majority of us here do. I believe if you put half as much effort into Unity as you did this response, maybe you wouldn't need to rip avatars to "improve your work." Peace.
-
@Burner999 you're delusional again i use them to see what settings they use with materials for the most part. i like how their avatars are made so yeah therefore i'd like to look into how they are made since i'd love my work to look somewhat similar. again don't respond to a post that you're not interested in and going to cry about it in a website that leaks and rips avatars/assets thanks
-
@theyadoreyuki I was interested in your post though. Interested in why you can't learn how to imitate them rather than steal their avatars You could have even tried to reach out to some of them to ask what they use? Maybe that's a difficult concept for you though.
-
yeah to rip these models you definitely need the vrchat avatar link. Basically no other way to obtain them other than that. I think a couple of these models have posts about what assets and setting they use. See if you can find them here on the forum

@RollThatRick i'll see what i can do thank you!
