i believe this is the base, it is quite customisable and ive seen this and the other deira base (by same creator) used to make furry/anthro avatars of every shape and form.
but the eyes on your pictures seem to match the neo base, paws/hands too

it still might be a premade avi a creator has made- or it might be a personal/edit.
