I'm 99.9% certain the hair is a mix of her default hair bangs and the back+sides of Point Long Wave Hair. I'm assuming cherry neru put it together/made it themselves or made a request from ROSI atelier (the creator of Point Long Wave Hair) for matching textures. It would be easy to re-create but, still, I'm bumping for the hair as a whole because I absolutely hate working with textures.
