@onionking you don't need to make it a unity package as that is an unpacked unity project folder
you can either open it through unity hub by selecting the folder or drag and drop the folder into unity when it's already open.

i haven't even opened the project yet so maybe i'm wrong about this, but if there are different outfits and hair and whatnots included, would it not be better to split them up into separate avatars rather than trying to upload a model with everything

everything went pretty smooth

yaoki uses a really peculiar way to distrubute the unity files. but yeah the uploading went through and actually saved the trouble of importing different packages by user themselves. They reason why other creators dont do this is probably bc he includes plenty of assets and packages that would have required you to purchase them individually (DPS, poiPro, avi base from booth, etc). Wonder if he would get in trouble eventually if the creators catch him.

@onionking When you distribute the project as a zip, delete the Library folder. That contains cached files and will more than double the filesize.
