you've been asking for that chandra gardevoir fo so long, i reckon you should just buy it. it's only 20 buckerinos after all. comes with both a blend and pmx file.
also mintao is on kemono, just search his patreon username on google and iit should be easy to find from there -
if anyone has a good gpu, most of the patreon files are on kemono, you just need to use something to get the password
