How to add Dynamic Bones and expressions on Booth Model?

Hey there so I recently purchased this model:

I'm having so much trouble with her, I'm a bit of a newbie with Unity and I'm not sure how to add Dynamic bones to her hair/skirt
Her expressions are also completely broken and not implemented at all - The blend shapes are thankfully already made

If anyone could help me I would appreciate it very much!
Also I'll give you the avatar if you can do the dynamic bones and expressions and just share the unity file with me
