It's usually know as Mommy Rusk- a taller Rusk w a more "developed" body per se... My guess is that its just a Rusk head put into another komado avatar, maybe Lime?
I wanna know if anybody has the files so i can check or maybe at least u guys can tell me how u think its made.
I also see the Hoodie is a bit different, shaped to that body.
