@Minka Best to just ignore people who cause trouble. Though some are just distrustful of others so I can see both sides. On your side and their side, there wasnt much of a personable conversation but nobody is owed that to begin with.

@whisperwhiskers There's a reason the forum exists. I think you are well within your rights to make a 'fuss' when looking for something specific. I think they were a bit embarrassed realizing they were wrong is all.
