There are no clothes toggles in the unity package. it's all meshed together with the skin as one big toggle.

the file in OPs post is a blender file which I assume needs to be rigged and set up to be a unity package. all of Bluejuicyjuice's models are blender files.

If someone knows how to rig blender files and do it REALLY WELL, I'll consider buying and sharing, it's been 4 months since I last posted with no progress, I see.

For those who upload this, know that It is a prefab you have to drag to the hierarchy. it does not originally have r-18 textures and you need to add them by making them a material. Gogo Loco isn't here and needs to be added, the entire menu is in Japanese, so if you want to change it, you'll have to manually do that as well.
