the update 1.4 have :
Significantly optimized texture memory and reduced download size in game
Added lipstick toggles
Fixed inconsistent transitions for black eyes toggle
Changed matcap settings for dark skin to be way less shiney
Fixed jeans texture showing for non local players in cases where no state was active
Added makeup and eye black/white to randomize all button
Fixed hoop earring not moving when gauges turn off since update 1.3
Updated quest version as well just to have matching params with the new pc update
