Since WanWan added it to the Runa list, I will give it to WanWan so they can add it there.

The moratorium is cool and all, but it benefits us mostly for limited time Avatars, which isn't the case here.

For releases like this, if you manage to keep up a moratorium, it will be greatly appreciated.
