@hypnotic_delphox So basicly, its just kinda old and uses dynamic bones still not sure if automatic dynamic bone conversion is still a thing or not but if not (and even if it is setting up the physbones yourself can often get better results) you have to go through and delete all the dynamic bone script and if you want all the jiggly bits put in physbones. You can copy the values of any other avi's you might have if your unsure what to start with and just kinda adjust them after some testing.
