@OOOAAA You only need the one toggle. You toggle it on and off. Then once it's in game, you can just extend it by grabbing the pointer end with your other hand and pulling it out. The tapping sounds happen if you hit the right stuff, but it's faint and doesn't work every time you tap something. But try tapping someone on the forehead for example, it'll usually make a little pat-pat-pat noise.
