Scaling Prefabs (U#) for VRchat worlds V1.4 - jetdog - BOOTH

Expanding upon VRChat's Avatar Scaling update made some scripts and prefabs to add more options. Can now easily scale users height smoothly in multiple ways. Comes with a few other features like limiting how big or small a users can scale. A scaling hook system so only one things can scale the
