Okay so I hooked it up with a bunch of VRCFury toggles and it's pretty much good to go, even added a toggle to swap to the blue oni palette and converted it to Android. https://workupload.com/file/VqnFfZ3YHdL

I used the most recent Poiyomi, though the original Liltoon materials are still included
Obviously VRCFury is needed
d4rk Avatar Optimizer is used, but you could always remove it if you're allergic to optimization or something
Not 100% sure whether or not VRCQuestTools needs to be in the project for the VQT stuff to work, but you really ought to have it in regardless
